THE PROBLEM

Construction disputes hinge on what the site looked like on a specific day. Nobody can find the photo.

Traditional site photography is a folder of unlabelled JPEGs on someone's phone. Sitetour 360 gives every capture a drawing reference, a grid location, and a date — so when the question comes, the answer is already filed.

SECTION 02

What it does

The problem it solves

Site photography on most jobs is ungoverned. Files are named by date at best, by nothing at all at worst. When a dispute arises — a snagging argument, a variation claim, a contractor's account of what was built and when — the photographic record is usually useless.

Sitetour 360 makes every capture findable by drawing, location, and date. No discipline required from site teams. Just point, shoot, tag, and it's filed.

How it works

Take a 360° photo on site using a Ricoh Theta or Insta360 camera. Open Sitetour 360 on your desktop, create an inspection project, and upload your images. Place each scene on the floor plan overlay or GPS map — the app handles coordinate conversion automatically.

Exports are a single self-contained HTML file or SharePoint-compatible folder — shareable with the client, Network Rail, or the design team without any login or cloud dependency. Two captures at the same location from different dates can be placed in the comparison panel, putting both on screen side by side.

Who it's for

Main contractors who want a defensible photographic record without adding a dedicated resource to manage it.

Project managers who spend too long hunting for the right photo before a meeting. QS teams who need to establish what was built behind a ceiling before it was boarded. Employers' agents who want visibility on site progress without being on site every day.

Anyone whose job ends badly when the photographic record fails them.

Sitetour 360 is a standalone desktop application. It doesn't require integration with your CDE, your project management platform, or anything else. It does one job — giving every site photo a findable, spatial address — and it does it without a six-week setup or a cloud subscription.

Exports are self-contained HTML files that run in any browser — no login, no internet connection required. Share with the client, Network Rail, or the design team as a single file attachment. For SharePoint or intranet hosting, the folder export produces a relative-path ZIP that can be embedded as an iframe.

Pricing is per project. Get in touch and we'll scope it against your programme length and team size.
