We build proof,
then advise.

Most AI consultants have read about the technology. We've shipped it. KODE Advisory puts the engineers who built Sitetour 360 in front of your business — to find what's worth building, what to buy off the shelf, and what to leave well alone.

NOTE ON PROOF

The deck says AI will transform your business. The invoice says it already has. The site data says neither is true yet.

We work out which one is right for your firm — and what to actually do about it. Not a framework. Not a roadmap that lives in a slide deck. A clear account of what's worth building, backed by engineers who've built it.

Engagements

01 / DIAGNOSTIC

Diagnostic

We map your workflows, your data, and your team's actual capability. You get a written assessment of where AI adds value and where it doesn't — honest enough to show your board and defensible enough to act on.

No hand-wavy slide deck. A document with a recommendation and a reason for every one.

02 / BUILD

Build

We design and build the tool. Same engineers who built Sitetour 360. We scope it tightly, ship incrementally, and don't disappear at go-live.

If the diagnostic says something's worth building, this is how we build it — with you in the loop at every stage and a working product at the end.

03 / EMBED

We sit inside your team for 2–4 days per month. Strategic AI oversight, technical decisions, and someone accountable for the outcome — not just the recommendation.

Right for firms that have started building but need a senior technical hand on the wheel as the scope grows.

SECTION 03

Proof before
advice.

The problem with most AI advice isn't the advice — it's who's giving it. Consultants who haven't shipped the thing they're recommending can't tell you where it breaks, what it costs to run at scale, or why the third vendor demo looked better than it performed.

We built Sitetour 360. We know what it took to get it to production, what the edge cases are, and where the time actually went. That knowledge is what makes our advisory work different — and harder to fake.

Construction is a particularly bad environment for AI hype. Sites don't behave like controlled data sets. Data quality is low, context is high, and the cost of a wrong recommendation shows up on the final account — not in a quarterly review.

We're cautious about what we recommend because we're accountable for it. If we say it's worth building, we'll build it. If we say it isn't, we'll tell you why — and you won't need to take our word for it, because we'll show you our working.

SECTION 04

First call

What to expect

A 45-minute call. No pitch, no deck. Tell us what's breaking on your jobs and we'll tell you honestly whether AI is the answer, and whether we're the right people to help.

  • We ask about your current workflows and where they're failing
  • We give you an honest read on whether AI is relevant
  • We tell you what a diagnostic would look like if it is
  • You leave with something useful, regardless of whether we work together
